Rachel Zinn
Director of Insurance and Operations
As the Director of Insurance and Operations, Rachel oversees the entire billing and administrative departments. Since joining the team in 2013, she has held many administrative roles within the company, allowing her the opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of medical billing, which is what ultimately has helped her grow and become the successful director that she is today.
Our philosophy at The Spine & Sports Health Center is that the patient always comes first. Rachel and her team take great pride in working with insurance companies, so that our patients don't have to. We want our patients to focus all their time on their treatment plans and not worry about insurance issues. And since navigating healthcare benefits can be quite confusing, it is especially rewarding when Rachel can help our patients see that outstanding medical care can also be affordable.
When she's not at the office, you can find Rachel cheering on the Ravens, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Lola, who is also one of our office mascots.
